A little preparation goes a long way! Here's how to make your pickup go smoothly.

For Homes & Small Offices

• Gather everything in one spot — Near a door or garage works best
• Keep cords and accessories together — Zip ties or bags work great
• Back up any data you need — Transfer personal files before we arrive
• Remove personal items — Check drawers, tape drives, and disc trays
• No need to wipe anything — We handle data destruction professionally

For Businesses & Enterprises

• Designate a staging area — Loading dock, conference room, or storage room
• Prepare an asset list — Serial numbers, asset tags, and quantities help us process faster
• Ensure access — Let us know about elevators, loading docks, security requirements
• Have a point of contact available — Someone who can direct our team and sign off
• Label items for data destruction — If only some devices need wiping/shredding, mark them

What You Don't Need to Do

• ❌ Don't sort by type — we handle that
• ❌ Don't remove hard drives — our process tracks everything
• ❌ Don't throw away cables — we recycle those too
• ❌ Don't clean equipment — we'll take it as-is

Day of Pickup

Our team arrives at your scheduled time, loads everything, and provides a pickup receipt. For data destruction, you'll receive your Certificate of Destruction after processing.
