Is the pickup really free?

Yes! eWaste pickup is completely free. We make our money by refurbishing and reselling working equipment, and by recovering precious metals from items that can't be refurbished.

Do you wipe my data?

We offer data destruction as an add-on service. Basic wipe is $10/device, or choose our Advanced Onsite service ($129 + $10/device) for ITAD/NIST-compliant destruction with a Certificate of Destruction and chain of custody documentation.

What's the minimum amount for a pickup?

No minimum for local pickups in the Fort Mohave / tri-state area. For regional trips (Phoenix, Las Vegas, LA), contact us to coordinate.

How quickly can you pick up?

Local pickups typically happen within 1-2 business days. Regional trips are scheduled โ€” contact us for the next available date.

Do you provide documentation for compliance?

Yes! Our Advanced Wipe & Shred service includes a Certificate of Destruction and chain of custody documentation via Zoho Sign, suitable for HIPAA, SOX, and PCI-DSS compliance.

Can I buy refurbished equipment from you?

Do you buy old equipment?

For large quantities (1 ton+), yes! We purchase bulk technology equipment and pick up for free. Contact us for a quote.

What happens to my equipment?

Everything goes through our responsible process: assessment, data destruction, refurbishment (if possible), and certified recycling. We have a 100% no-landfill policy โ€” nothing we collect ever goes to a landfill.
