Our Environmental Commitment
TechHaulers maintains a 100% zero-landfill policy. Every piece of electronic waste we receive is either recycled, refurbished for resale, or sent to an appropriate downstream processor.
How We Handle Materials

| Working devices | Data-wiped, tested, refurbished, and resold |
| Precious metals (gold, silver, palladium) | Mechanically extracted via grinding and gravity separation, sent to US refiner |
| Copper wire & components | Sorted and sold to domestic recyclers |
| Steel & aluminum | Sorted and sold as scrap metal |
| Plastics | Sorted by type and sent to plastics recyclers |
| Batteries | Sent to certified battery recyclers |
| Non-recyclable fraction | Sent to waste-to-energy facilities (never landfill) |
Regulatory Compliance
- EPA Guidelines — We follow all EPA regulations for electronics recycling and hazardous materials handling
- Arizona DEQ — Compliant with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality requirements
- Basel Convention — We do NOT export e-waste overseas. All processing happens domestically in the United States
ESG Reporting Support
We provide documentation to support your organization's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting requirements. This includes volume reports, diversion rates, and certificates of recycling. See our ESG Reporting article for details.
