- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Contact us to initiate — we provide a return shipping label for defective items

- Defective items: Full refund including return shipping
- Changed your mind: Full refund, buyer pays return shipping
- Not as described: Full refund including return shipping
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Our Testing & Quality Process
Every item goes through thorough testing: power-on test, component testing (RAM, storage, ports, display), full data wipe, cosmetic inspection, and grading. All known issues are disclosed in the listing.
