When you use TechHaulers' data destruction services, you receive a Certificate of Destruction for every device we process. This document serves as auditable proof that your data was securely destroyed.

What's Included in Your Certificate

  • Device identification — Make, model, serial number, and asset tag
  • Destruction method — Whether the device was wiped, degaussed, or physically shredded
  • Date and time — When the destruction was performed
  • Technician identification — Who performed the destruction
  • Chain of custody record — Complete tracking from pickup to destruction
  • Digital signature — Delivered securely via Zoho Sign

How You Receive It

Certificates are delivered electronically via Zoho Sign, providing tamper-proof digital signatures, secure cloud storage, and a full audit trail.

Which Service Includes a Certificate?

Certificates are included with our Advanced Wipe & Shred (Onsite) service ($129 base + $10/device). They can also be added to our Basic Data Wipe service upon request.
